Yield Adjustment definition

Yield Adjustment means any adjustment required to be made to the Adjusted Principal Amount on any Interest Payment Date following any Extraordinary Additional Distribution (except for the Interest Payment Date immediately following such Extraordinary Additional Distribution) so that the interest payment on such Interest Payment Date does not represent an annualized yield in excess of 3 1/4% on the Adjusted Principal Amount of the Debentures during the semi-annual period immediately preceding such Interest Payment Date.
Yield Adjustment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.06(e) of this Agreement. Management Incentive Plan with Stock Election IV, as applicable, for the year ended December 31, 1997. (eeee) "1997 Bonus Protection Payment" shall mean a payment from the Company to a Transferred Employee pursuant to the terms of the Advanta Corp. Management Incentive Plan with Stock Election II, Advanta Corp. Management Incentive Plan with Stock Election III and Advanta Corp. Management Incentive Plan with Stock Election IV, as applicable, for the year ended December 31, 1997.

  • Related Adjustment means, in determining any LIBOR Successor Rate, the first relevant available alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Administrative Agent applicable to such LIBOR Successor Rate:
