Yellow Tag definition

Yellow Tag means a yellow tag issued by the Department to identify any protected native plant, except a saguaro cactus, being moved from its original growing site.
Yellow Tag means a heavy-weight paper tag placed on serviceable Personal Protective Garments exhibiting damage, defect or other deficiency that is observable upon inspection.
