Years 3 definition

Years 3 onwards shall begin and end in the same manner as described for Year 2 above. (a) The Annual Licence amount is the sum of Twelve Monthly Fees. (b) Unless expressly agreed in writing the Annual Licence amount for all leased circuits shall be subject to CPI increases. (c) On the anniversary of the “Review Date” the Monthly Fee will be adjusted by any movement in the CPI (All Groups) Index during the previous four quarters.

Examples of Years 3 in a sentence

  • The offset shall be applied in equal installments to reduce the Annual Payments for Payment Years 3 through 7 that would be apportioned to that State and to its Subdivisions, and shall remain applicable even if that State subsequently becomes eligible for Incentive Payment A.

  • A.2.1The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire automatically Three Years (3) after the commencement date on 15th September 2016, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under Clause E6 (Extension of Initial Contract Period).

  • The performance of students in NAPLAN is reported on a set of NAPLAN scales that enable comparison of results across Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 in the same domain (e.g. Reading).

  • Every year from 2008, all students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 have been assessed on the same days using national tests in Reading, Writing, Language Conventions (Spelling, and Grammar and Punctuation) and Numeracy.

  • Lower the proportion of students from priority equity cohorts in the bottom levels and increase the proportion of students in the top levels of performance (bottom two and top two bands) in NAPLAN Literacy and Numeracy, for Years 3, 5, 7 and 9.
