Years 2 – 5 definition

Years 2 – 5. With respect to each of Hangar B and Hangar C, monthly Base Rent shall increase by an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the monthly Base Rent paid by Sublessee in the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period.

Examples of Years 2 – 5 in a sentence

  • In Years 2 – 5 of the charter term, the number of students participating in work-based learning programs, including but not limited to job-shadowing, co-ops, internships and apprenticeships, will increase by 2.5% per year from the baseline established in Year 1.

  • Payments will be paid as follows: Year 1: $10,000 Years 2 – 5: $3,000/annually The first payment is due within 30 days of the signed agreement.

  • In Years 2 – 5 of the charter term, the number of teachers with industry experience will increase by 5% per year with baseline established in Year 1.

  • For Years 2 – 5, mid-year and annual progress reports will be due to DHCS within 60 days of endof reporting period.

  • In Years 2 – 5 of the charter term, the number of students who are employed in a technical-related job or enrolled in postsecondary education within six months of graduation will increase by 2% per year from the baseline established in Year 1.

  • For each year for Years 2 – 5, HCA will have $100,000 in contingency to use for change orders with the Contractor at HCA’s discretion.

  • In Years 2 – 5 of the charter term, the Charter School will increase the percentage of CTAE students in postsecondary placement by 5% per year from the baseline established in Year 1, provided that the baseline shall be no less 75.88%.
