Yearly Projections definition

Yearly Projections means the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow projections (including an Availability model) of the Lead Borrower and its Subsidiaries, prepared on a monthly basis for the balance of the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2008 and the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2009, together with a detailed description of any assumptions made therein, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in the good faith exercise of its reasonable business judgment, but in its sole discretion nonetheless.”
