Year n definition

Year n and “Month M” mean the year and the month respectively in which Product is to be delivered and received and in respect of which price and/or quantity are/is to be determined.
Year n means the delivery year for RA Capacity. For example, if the RA Capacity delivery year is 2023 (Year n), then Year n-3 (2020) means the year that is three years prior to the RA Capacity delivery year 2023 (Year n). In this example Year n-2 is 2021 and Year n-1 is 2022.
Year n means the year from 1 January until 31 December in which a Member State needs to fulfil conditions laid down in Article 61(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1896 in order to be entitled to receive financial support;

  • The Outage LD Cap for a Gas Storage Year shall equal the Outage LD Cap for the previous Gas Storage Year, multiplied with the CPI for the previous calendar year and divided by the CPI for the calendar year before the previous calendar year, in accordance with the following formula: Outage LD Cap (Gas Storage Year n) = Outage LD Cap (Gas Storage Year n-1) * CPI (year n-1) / CPI (year n-2) whereby Gas Storage Year n starts on 1 April of year n.
