The Outage LD Cap for a Gas Storage Year shall equal the Outage LD Cap for the previous Gas Storage Year, multiplied with the CPI for the previous calendar year and divided by the CPI for the calendar year before the previous calendar year, in accordance with the following formula: Outage LD Cap (Gas Storage Year n) = Outage LD Cap (Gas Storage Year n-1) * CPI (year n-1) / CPI (year n-2) whereby Gas Storage Year n starts on 1 April of year n.
