Year 2000 Functionality definition

Year 2000 Functionality means that, except as would not cause a Parent Material Adverse Effect, all date-sensitive devices material to the conduct of the entity's business have provided and will provide uninterrupted functionality to record, store, process and present calendar dates on or after January 1, 2000 (including without limitation properly treating 2000 as a leap year) in substantially the same manner and with the same functionality as such date-sensitive devices have heretofore recorded, stored, processed and presented calendar dates falling on or before December 31, 1999.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
