  • The Board of Directors for YCM has taken steps to implement certain recommended guidance and recommendations issued by public health agencies for slowing the transmission of COVID-19, including, without limitation, the access/use restrictions set forth above.

  • This “catch-up” feature allows YCM to recoup the fees foregone as a result of the existence of the hurdle rate.

  • YCM does not guarantee the continuing availability of any particular item of Mobile Equipment.
