Yard line definition

Yard line. - means a line within a lot defining the minimum distance between any building or structure, or portion thereof, and an adjacent lot line. Such line shall be measured at right angles from and parallel to the corresponding lot line.

  • overhead line means any electric supply-line, which is placed above ground and in the open air but excluding live rails of traction system;

  • Rear lot line means the lot line that is opposite the front lot line in the case of a lot having four sides, and where the rear portion of a lot is bounded by intersecting side lot lines the point of intersection is deemed the rear lot line;
