overhead line means any electric supply-line, which is placed above ground and in the open air but excluding live rails of traction system;
Rear lot line means the lot line that is opposite the front lot line in the case of a lot having four sides, and where the rear portion of a lot is bounded by intersecting side lot lines the point of intersection is deemed the rear lot line;
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the rear wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel to the rear property boundary of the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];
Net Load means the difference between the load of a given substance as calculated from a sample taken of the discharge and the load of the same substance in a sample taken at the intake which supplies water to given process. For purposes of this definition, samples that are taken to determine the net loading shall always be 24-hour composite samples made up of at least six increments taken at regular intervals throughout the plant day.
Salvage Yard means any non-residential property used for the storage, collection, and/or recycling of any type of equipment, and including but not limited to vehicles, appliances and related machinery.
building line means a rear space, side space or street front space;
Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.
bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;
Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).
Coating line means one or more apparatus or operations which include a coating applicator, flash-off area, and oven wherein a surface coating is applied, dried, or cured.
Replacement Revolving Facility Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
Poverty line means the nonfarm federal poverty line for the continental United States, as defined by the federal department of labor under 42 USC 9902 (2).
Access line means and be limited to retail billed and collected residential lines; business lines; ISDN lines; PBX trunks and simulated exchange access lines provided by a central office based switching arrangement where all stations served by such simulated exchange access lines are used by a single customer of the provider of such arrangement. Access line may not be construed to include interoffice transport or other transmission media that do not terminate at an end user customer's premises, or to permit duplicate or multiple assessment of access line rates on the provision of a single service or on the multiple communications paths derived from a billed and collected access line. Access line shall not include the following: Wireless telecommunications services, the sale or lease of unbundled loop facilities, special access services, lines providing only data services without voice services processed by a telecommunications local exchange service provider or private line service arrangements.
Side Yard means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard between the side boundary of the parcel and the wall of main building thereon [see sketch in Schedule B];
Enclosed, locked facility means a building, room, greenhouse, outdoor fenced-in area, or other location that is enclosed on all sides and prevents cannabis from easily being viewed by the public. The facility shall be equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by:
Yard means the land other than publicly owned land around or appurtenant to the whole or any part of a residential or non-residential property and used or capable of being used in connection with the property.
Yard, front means a yard extending across the full width of the lot between the Front Lot Line of the lot and the nearest part of the nearest building or structure on the lot.
