Yahoo Search definition

Yahoo Search means the search functionality within Yahoo’s principal, U.S.-targeted directory to the World Wide Web, currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx, which search functionality currently resolves either to xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx or to xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx.
Yahoo Search means the United States Web site hosted by Yahoo!, currently located at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx and any and all additional, substitution, mirror, derivative, or successor sites or URLs at which such content may be located during the Term, and as mutually agreed by the Parties in writing, other applicable URLS for countries outside of the United States.
