EXHIBIT A --------- MARKETING AGREEMENT This Marketing Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of January 5, 2000, is entered into by and between DanZa Textil, S. de ▇.▇. de C.V., a sociedad de responsabilidad limitada de capital variable organized under the laws of the United Mexican States ("Manufacturer") and ▇▇▇ River Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America ("DRI").

  • Zaga Yethu and Discovery cannot be responsible for any consequences resulting from your response to any email sent by a “phisher” or a “spoofer”.

Related to Zaga

  • Tabarru ” means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;
