Y-Grade definition

Y-Grade means that raw make mixture of NGLs recovered after processing, but before fractionation, consisting primarily of propane and heavier NGLs. TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).
Y-Grade means the combined stream of Liquid Hydrocarbons delivered by Amoco meeting the specifications in Exhibit “A”.
Y-Grade means unfractionated Product or NGLs as defined in Carrier’s Tariffs.

Examples of Y-Grade in a sentence

  • The plant will produce industrial gases including ethane, propane, butane, n-butane and natural gasoline (CS+) products from incoming Y-Grade natural gas liquids (NGL's).

  • The Y-Grade delivered by Amoco to MNGL shall meet the specifications set forth in Exhibit “A”.

  • Such fees shall be determined on a calendar quarter basis by the following formulas: * Y-Grade Fee = [REDACTED] and 'Confidential Treatment Requested' * Back-End-Fee = [REDACTED] Where: FUEL = The fuel cost (in $/MMBtu) equivalent to the Houston Ship Channel Index of INSIDE FERC'S GAS MARKET REPORT, for natural gas (large packages) for the preceding calendar quarter * plus [REDACTED] per MMBTU.

  • Y-Grade GP, Y-Grade LP or another Target Company has legal, record and beneficial title to the Equity Interests of the other Target Companies (the “Subsidiary Interests”), free and clear of any and all Liens.

  • The Partnership does not own or control, directly or indirectly, any corporation, association or other entity other than the Subsidiaries, Advantage, the Advantage Subsidiaries, White Cliffs, Black Diamond, Black ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gathering Holdings, the Black Diamond Subsidiaries, the Dos ▇▇▇▇ Subsidiaries, Dos ▇▇▇▇ Crude Intermediate, Delaware Crossing, the Delaware Crossing Subsidiaries, EPIC Crude GP, EPIC Crude LP, EPIC Y-Grade GP, EPIC Y-Grade GP, the EPIC Crude Subsidiaries and the EPIC Y-Grade Subsidiaries.

  • Any Fraud by the Target Companies shall be borne by the Sellers proportionally based on such Seller’s ownership percentage in Y-Grade LP.

  • Pay grade means the monthly salary applicable to class titles of service personnel;

  • Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.

  • Passing grade means work of such character that credit would be entered on the records were the semester to close at that time.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.
