XxXxxxxx River Project means the project to be developed by the Company in the Northern Territory of Australia relating to the mining of zinc-lead-silver from the mineral deposit known as the H.Y.C. deposit and the subsequent treatment, storage and transport of Ore and Concentrate within and between the Mineral Leases within the external boundaries of the northern portion of RO581 as at the date of this Agreement and any adjoining areas and the area of one Mineral Lease on the Bing Bong Pastoral Lease No. 686 and adjacent Territory waters.
