Xxxxxxxx Parties is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Xxxxxxxx Parties means Xxxxxxxx and Executive’s Employer.

Xxxxxxxx Parties means Xxxxxxxx, its affiliates, and their respective assigns, successors, lenders, licensors, employees, officers, and directors.
