Xxxxxxxx, III 2006 Irrevocable Trust 05/26/06 (as amended 05/30/13) and any Permitted Transferee of any of the foregoing that is a Related Person of the Xxxxxxxx Member. Whenever any consent, approval, waiver or notice is to be given under this Agreement by the Xxxxxxxx Member, such consent, approval, waiver or notice shall be given by Xxxxx X.
