GX Units definition

GX Units means the units issued in the IPO or the overallotment consisting of one (1) share of GX Class A Common Stock and one-half (1/2) of one (1) GX Warrant.

  • None of GX or any of its affiliates has taken any action in an attempt to terminate the registration of the GX Units, the shares of GX Class A Common Stock, or the GX Warrants under the Exchange Act.
