GX Units definition
GX Units means the units issued in the IPO or the overallotment consisting of one (1) share of GX Class A Common Stock and one-half (1/2) of one (1) GX Warrant.

None of GX or any of its affiliates has taken any action in an attempt to terminate the registration of the GX Units, the shares of GX Class A Common Stock, or the GX Warrants under the Exchange Act.
