The purchase price of one share of Common Stock under this Warrant shall be equal to the Exercise Price, as defined in Section 2(c). This Warrant is issued to Holder pursuant to one or more Master Transaction Agreement(s), dated as of March 15, 2017 among the Company, PJC Investments, LLC and the applicable Consenting Convertible Note Holders (as defined therein) party thereto (the “Master Transaction Agreement”).
