The benefit valued at XRA will reflect future increases in age and service past the Valuation Date for determining the level of early retirement subsidy, if any.
In determining the XRA, the age at which a participant reaches his or her earliest retirement age and unreduced retirement age will be based on: • their frozen service as of the Distribution Date (as if the participant terminated on the Distribution Date), and • will reflect increases in age past the Distribution Date (allowing for increases in age to the point where participants would reach benefit eligibility).
