Examples of Xpert in a sentence

  • The services agreed in connection with that relationship concern the operation of Xpert Suite, the provision and performance of support and maintenance, including the further development of Xpert Suite, and the related activities as set out in the Agreement and this SLA.

  • Independent Expert means a Person or entity with no material current or prior business or personal relationship with the Advisor or the Directors and who is engaged to a substantial extent in the business of rendering opinions regarding the value of assets of the type held by the Company.
