Xperience definition

Xperience means Xperience Group Management Limited incorporated and registered in Northern Ireland with company number NI637651 whose registered office is ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Knockmore Hill Industrial Park, Lisburn, Co Antrim, BT28 2EX Xperience Group: Xperience and any company that is from time to time (a) a holding company of Xperience, (b) a subsidiary of Xperience (c) a subsidiary of a holding company of Xperience, or (d) controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, Xperience or any of the aforementioned holding companies or subsidiaries. For the purposes of this definition the terms “holding company”, “subsidiary undertaking”, have the meanings given to them in the Companies Act 2006).

Examples of Xperience in a sentence

  • The Provider hereby undertakes to provide the Customer with Xperience computer program, a digital experience platform, used for creation of websites and alteration of website content (the “Software”) and to grant to the Customer the right to use the Software.

  • Unless (i) the Customer is provided with the Software edition Xperience Enterprise, (ii) the Customer is provided with the Software in Subscription Model with the Subscription Period not longer than three (3) months, or (iii) the source code of the Software has been disclosed to the Customer in full, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from this Agreement without cause by written notice delivered to the Provider within thirty (30) days of the Delivery Date.

  • The Xperience+ Program, points, and benefits are offered at ▇▇▇▇’▇ discretion.

  • Xtreme Xperience is committed to protecting the safety, health, and well-being of all parties who interact with our program.

  • The Xperience+ Program offers patients rewards only for “cash-pay” aesthetic treatments.

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Section 11, ▇▇▇▇ will reimburse Customer in arrears for the valid Xperience+ Program discounts which Customer provides to its patients on a rolling basis, typically within approximately two (2) weeks of Customer’s submission of the relevant transaction in the ▇▇▇▇ Aesthetics Portal.

  • Customer represents, warrants, and covenants that: (i) per Section 18 hereof, it will not make any claim for reimbursement to any government or private third-party payer for any Xperience+ Program treatments; (ii) it will not submit any reimbursement claim to ▇▇▇▇ under the Xperience+ Program for any aesthetic product or treatment that has been provided to Customer at no cost.

  • Xtreme Xperience does not assume any responsibility for charges that are placed to the room or charged by the hotel for incidentals.
