(xixa) . PPP Project Agreements” means agreements between the PPP REIT Scheme and other entity or entities for the development, construction, refurbishment, rehabilitation, maintenance and/or operation of the PPP Project and excludes a Non-PPP Project;

(xixa)  networth” means aggregate of value of the paid up equity capital and free reserves (excluding reserves created out of revaluation) reduced by the aggregate value of accumulated losses and deferred expenditure not written off (including miscellaneous expenses not written of) as per the audited balance sheet.”
