Xbox Live Services definition

Xbox Live Services means those online gaming features that Microsoft makes available via its Xbox Live SDK for Windows.
Xbox Live Services means Microsoft’s online resources and functionalities provided by the Xbox Live platform that enable Publisher (and other permitted third parties) , which can be accessed both from within Software Titles and from Publisher Hosted Services, to access Xbox Live and related data stored within, or accessible from, Xbox Live (e.g., achievements, matchmaking, statistics, cloud compute services).

  • Microsoft, in its discretion, may also restrict the uploading of Xbox Live User Content to, restrict access to Xbox Live Services from, or require Publisher to remove Xbox Live User Content from, Xbox Live in accordance with the Xbox Live terms of use, privacy statement, and code of conduct.

  • Supportive services means those services and activities provided in con- nection with minority business enter- prise programs which are designed to increase the total number of minority businesses active in the highway pro- gram and contribute to the growth and eventual self-sufficiency of individual minority businesses so that such busi- nesses may achieve proficiency to com- pete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Competitive Services means engaging in the business of community banking or commercial banking, including, without limitation, originating, underwriting, closing and selling loans, receiving deposits and otherwise engaging in the business of banking, as well as the business of providing any other activities, products, or services of the type conducted, authorized, offered, or provided by the Bank as of Executive’s Termination Date, or during the two (2) years immediately prior to Executive’s Termination Date.

  • Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
