KBPI. WFLZ", "WDUV", "WQIK", "WSOL", "WWST", "WJBT" and "WMYU", and all trademarks, servicemarks, logos and tradenames material to the operations thereof, of the Georgia News Network, Crit▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ia and of the Radio Stations. As of the Closing Date, the Company and the Subsidiaries in the aggregate have certain rights pursuant to the Joint Sales Agreement, the Local Marketing Agreement and the Mexican Sales Agency Agreement to use AM broadcast radio station call letters "WSAI", "WAOZ" and XETRA, and FM broadcast radio station call letters "WGST", "WAQZ", "KTCL" and "XETRA". To the knowledge of the Company and its officers, as of the Closing Date, and except (i) with respect to call letters used by the Company and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Joint Sales Agreements, Local Marketing Agreements and the Mexican Sales Agency Agreement, or (ii) as set forth in Schedule 5.25, no Person other than the Company and the Subsidiaries has, owns, possesses, holds or claims any interest with respect to the use of (or has challenged the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to use) any of such call letters, trademarks, servicemarks, logos or tradenames, except for claims which do not, either individually or in the aggregate, materially effect the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary owns any United States registered patent, trademark, servicemark and copyright material to the Company or its Subsidiaries, except for those listed on Schedule 5.25.
