If Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (SCCR) and/or the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) has issued notice that Student is excluded from University property that includes Student Housing, that exclusion automatically terminates this contract without any required further notice from University.
Signing this contract acknowledges that the student has access to the code and OIEC P&Ps and will abide by the policies set forth by the University of Colorado Boulder.
