  • The Customer therefore agrees to XDSL issuing a news release about the Customer’s use of XDSL services from time to time, subject to the Customer’s prior written approval of the wording of any such release.

  • XDSL has moreover no duty to monitor any content made available or published through the System, subject to the provisions of clause 11.

  • The Customer hereby appoints XDSL to provide the Services and facilities as set out in Signed Quotations from time to time.

  • The Customer will not be entitled to withhold payment of any amounts payable to XDSL in terms of this Agreement to satisfy any claim of the Customer arising from this or any other Agreement.
