WUO definition

WUO means the Water Users’ Organization established by the farmers to manage irrigation system pursuant to the laws of the Borrower.
WUO means a water user organization and, depending on the context, can be either an Irrigators’ Commission (Comisin de Regantes) or a Users’ Board (Junta de Usuarios), or both or Irrigators’ Commission and a Users’ Board or any other eligible water organization acceptable to the Bank, in accordance with the Irrigation Project Credit Manual.
