Examples of WUC in a sentence

  • The Principal shall maintain such insurance while ever the Contractor has an interest in WUC.

  • Neither a progress certificate nor a payment of moneys shall be evidence that the subject WUC has been carried out satisfactorily.

Words importing the singular only also include the plural and vice versa, where the context requires. Words importing persons shall include bodies corporate or incorporate. Where the words “Alternative 1” or “Alternative 2” appear in a clause, the alternative nominated in the Schedule will apply to that clause.

  • IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

No other terms or conditions will be binding upon the Parties unless accepted by them in writing.
