WUC definition

WUC means Western Union Financial Services (Canada) Inc.
WUC means the work which the Contractor is or may be required to carry out and complete under the Contract and includes variations, maintenance works, remedial work, construction plant and temporary works, and any Provisional Work directed by UW.
WUC means The Windsor Utilities Commission; and any agent or contractor retained or approved by WUC to do any work on its behalf;

Examples of WUC in a sentence

  • Neither a progress certificate nor a payment of monies shall be evidence that the subject WUC has been carried out satisfactorily.

  • The Contractor has submitted an offer to carry out and complete the WUC and has given the Principal warranties and made representations to the Principal.

Where the wordsAlternative 1” or “Alternative 2” appear in a clause, the alternative nominated in the Schedule will apply to that clause. The clauses in Appendix F are included in these General Conditions of Contract where the Works includes the provision of pre‑fabricated units and shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these General Conditions of Contract. Defined terms in the General Conditions of Contract apply to Appendix F unless expressly stated otherwise.

WUC means Windsor Utilities Commission and includes any of its designated employees, officials or agents who are engaged to represent WUC in its capacity as (“Owner”) of the project and also includes an employee designated to exercise discretion on behalf of WUC.
WUC means the whole of the work which the Contractor is or may be required to carry out and complete in accordance with the Construction Contract.
WUC means Western Union Financial Services (Canada) Inc. “Western Union Services” means the money transfer service provided by WUC that facilitates the sending or receiving of money transfers through Direct Services to or from WUC and the WUC agent network.
