  • The Co-Arrangers shall have received evidence satisfactory to them of (i) full repayment of all existing Indebtedness of the Borrower and WTAC under the Existing Credit Agreement and the termination of all guarantees and collateral pledges thereunder and (ii) release of all Liens on the assets of Cable One (except any permitted by Section 6.3), or in each case evidence that arrangements for such release satisfactory to the Co-Arrangers shall have been made.
