WSMP Facilities. All automobiles, warehouses, stores, plants, production facilities, manufacturing facilities, processing facilities, fixtures and improvements owned or leased by WSMP or otherwise used by WSMP in connection with the operation of its business or leased or subleased by WSMP to others.
