WSIP definition

WSIP or “West Street Infrastructure Partners” West Street Global Infrastructure Partners III, L.P., West Street International Infrastructure Partners III, L.P. and West Street European Infrastructure Partners III, L.P. (in each case acting by their general partner, Broad Street Infrastructure Advisors III, L.L.C) and Broad Street Principal Investments UK Limited; and
WSIP refers to the Water System Improvement Program approved by the Commission in Resolution No. 08-0200 on October 30, 2008, as amended from time to time. Examples of WSIP in a sentence

  • The Regional projects in the WSIP are identified in Attachment L-1.

  • The SFPUC shall meet and consult with BAWSCA before proposing to the Commission any changes in the scope of WSIP projects which reduce their capacity or ability to achieve adopted levels of service goals.

  • No. 08-0200, the Commission included full implementation of all proposed WSIP capital improvement projects to achieve level of service goals relating to public health, seismic safety, and delivery reliability, but decided to adopt a water supply element that includes the Interim Supply Limitation.

  • SIP means Session Initiation Protocol.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
