The HPD shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / WRLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / WRLDC from time to time.
The Power Producer shall maintain the Power Factor as per the prevailing CERC regulations and as may be stipulated / specified by CTU / WRLDC from time to time.
The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of CTU, SPPD, WRLDC, SLDC and GEDA.
