Written Record. Any issues discussed at meetings agreed to by both parties and upon which agreement is reached will be committed to writing and posted when there is mutual agreement to do so.
Written Record. No later than June 30, the Superintendent and his/her designees will prepare for each Administrator a written summary of his/her goals and the extent of their accomplishment, with a copy to be placed in the Administrator’s personnel file. The administrator shall be given a copy of any written evaluation materials placed in his/her personnel file.
