Written Record. No later than June 30, the Superintendent and his/her designees will prepare for each Administrator a written summary of his/her goals and the extent of their accomplishment, with a copy to be placed in the Administrator’s personnel file.   • Written Request means a request made, in writing, by the Insured to us. All pronouns include either gender unless the context indicates otherwise.

  • Written Testing-the-Waters Communication means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a written communication within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act.
