Written disclosure statement definition

Written disclosure statement means the written disclosure statement developed by the commissioner of veterans affairs pursuant to section 196.05, subdivision 1.
Written disclosure statement means the written disclosure statement developed by the department of veterans affairs pursuant to section 35A.5, subsection 18.
Written disclosure statement means a signed and dated statement from an administrator whereby he/she discloses any of the items listed in He-P 806.04(a)(6) or states that he/she has no criminal background, and which is required to accompany all applications or the application is incomplete.
