All Deliverables (Physical Deliverables and Written Deliverables) and Services require formal written approval by the State, according to the following procedures.
Although the Agency determines what Written Deliverables are subject to formal Acceptance, this section generally does not apply to routine progress or financial reports.
Written Deliverables shall not be considered accepted by the Agency, nor does the Agency have an obligation to pay for such Deliverables, unless and until the Agency has notified the Contractor of the Agency’s Final Acceptance of the Written Deliverables.
