Written charter definition

Written charter means a written charter granted by the board of trustees of a school district , a college or university within the Nevada System of Higher Education or the State Board of Education pursuant to NRS 386.527. The written charter includes both the application to form a charter school approved by the sponsor and a written agreement signed by the sponsor and the charter school.
