  • No Party may assign or otherwise transfer in any way any of its rights and obligations arising out of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Parties, except the Facility may assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement to another entity that processes asbestos personal injury claims on behalf of the WRG Trust, provided such entity agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
