WPO is defined in Section 22(h)(ii).
WPO means Whistleblower Protection Officer. The WPO:

Examples of WPO in a sentence

  • A conservation plan that, at minimum, addresses wildlife habitat as the primary resource concern will be developed and serve as a WHIP plan of operations (WPO).

  • If the designated conservationist determines that benefits to fish or wildlife habitat would be sufficiently greater if multiple applicants entered into cooperative efforts to install conservation practices, then those applicants may develop a multitract or multifarm WHIP plan of operations (WPO) to address the larger project.

  • The WPO includes a schedule for installation and maintenance of the conservation practices, as determined by NRCS.

  • WPO encompasses the parcel of land where habitat will be established, improved, protected, enhanced, or restored.

  • When scheduled overtime is required for a WPO position, the following procedure will be used.

  • The participant and NRCS may modify a cost-share agreement if both parties agree to the modification, the WPO is revised in accordance with NRCS requirements, and the agree- ment is approved by the designated conservationist.

  • If no one accepts this offer, the least senior WPO I will be required to work.

  • Similarly, if the overtime required is to fill a scheduled WPO I position, the offer will be made in order to the current WPO I overtime rotation list.

  • The employees of WP-O are covered by employee benefit plans sponsored by WPEC.

  • Additional support will be provided by departmental Transition Mentors, Faculty-based SEOs working with Student Services, the WPO, and the Students' Union.
