WPCF Permit definition

WPCF Permit means a Water Pollution Control Facilities permit that has been issued under OAR chapter 340, divisions 045 or 071.
WPCF Permit means a Water Pollution Control Facilities permit to construct and operate a disposal system with no discharge to navigable waters. A WPCF permit is issued by the Director underin accordance with the procedures of this division or OAR 340-071-0162.
WPCF Permit means a Water Pollution Control Facilities Permit that has been issued pursuant to Section 6.140.
