If the approval of this JCO is overturned, remanded, vacated, or modified on appeal such that the JCO is void, is of no effect, or is deemed by the Parties, exercising good faith, to be materially altered, the settlement funds placed into the Escrow Account by the Settling Defendants shall be returned to the Settling Defendants within 30 Days,
