Dissolved district means a district that loses its organization, has its territory attached to 1 or more other districts, and is dissolved as provided under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12.
Winding Up Period means the period from the Dissolution Event to the Termination of the Company.
COMMENCEMENT OF THE INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING means the date that the Securities and Exchange Commission declares effective the registration statement filed under the Securities Act for the Initial Public Offering.
Winding-Up dissolution", "insolvency", or "reorganization" in the context of a company or corporation shall have the same meaning as defined in the Companies Act, 1956/ Companies Act, 2013 (as the case may be).
Trauma center or "designated trauma center" means a licensed hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which has been designated as a Level I, II, III, or IV trauma center and/or Level I or II pediatric trauma center by the local EMS agency, in accordance with California Trauma Care System Regulations.
