WOS definition

WOS means a Subsidiary of the Company of which 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the share capital, on a fully diluted basis, is beneficially owned by the Company.
WOS has the meaning ascribed to it in the introduction to this Agreement. “Welfare Plans” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.19(c).
