Worldspan GDS definition

Worldspan GDS means the GDS operated by Worldspan, including Trip Manager. [**] Confidential treatment requested for redacted portion; redacted portion has been filed separately with the Commission.

  • No later than October 1 of each calendar year, Priceline shall provide written documentation to Worldspan of the total number of planned, budgeted and/or projected Bookings to be generated by the Priceline Group through the Worldspan GDS during the following calendar year.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, net billable airline bookings means those segments properly booked by Customer through the GDS for which Worldspan charges a fee, less cancellations through the Worldspan GDS prior to the date of departure.

  • OWW shall not be required to take a reduction in Segment Incentives (as that term is defined in the Subscriber Agreement) payable by Travelport as a result of the migration of the Supplier Link carrier to the Worldspan GDS.

  • For each Booking Evaluation Period, Priceline shall use good-faith efforts to cause the Affiliates, as a whole, to generate through the Worldspan GDS a minimum of [**] of their aggregate Segments globally.

  • Following completion of the migration of a Supplier Link Carrier to the Worldspan GDS, OWW shall make an annual payment to Travelport (through December 31, 2014), such payment to equal the amount of operational cost savings realized by OWW due to the elimination of the Supplier Link service for that Supplier Link Carrier.

Related to Worldspan GDS

  • GDS means Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan). "IAMAW" means the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

  • Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to ▇▇▇ Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or ▇▇▇ PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
