WorldHeart definition
WorldHeart or "Corporation" means World Heart Corporation, and includes any successor corporation to or of such party which shall have complied with the provisions Section 9.2;
WorldHeart means World Heart Corporation and each of its direct and indirect parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.
