workshop employee definition
workshop employee means any employee, other than a char, general worker or forecourt attendant for whom wages are prescribed in Clause 2 of Chapters I, II, III, IV and V of Division C;
workshop employee means an Employee employed as a Workshop Employee principally engaged in work under one of the Workshop Classifications under Schedule 1 of this Agreement (including as a Yardperson). A Workshop Employee may be employed as a Workshop Weekday Employee, Workshop Nightshift Employee, or a Workshop Shift Employee.
