Works Policy definition

Works Policy means the rules determined by the Company in relation to, among other things, a person or the Company carrying out construction work, constructing things, or planting or removing any trees, plants or crops near the Company’s Works situated on or near the Landholding, watering of livestock and control of noxious weeds.

  • You will be recharged for these works in accordance with our Rechargeable Works Policy.

  • Settlement of claims under the Works Policy, the Liability Policy and the Alliance PI Policy will be dealt with in accordance with any claims procedure notified by TfNSW.

  • Abandoned utility services must be capped at the utility mains per Public Works Policy.
