Works Information checked calculations, specifications, detailed drawings, Method Statements, risk assessments, programmes, test or other information (including temporary works drawings, supporting calculations, programme dates and hours of working) as applicable to the relevant Critical Works;
Works Information means checked calculations, specifications, detailed drawings, method statements, risk assessments, programmes, test or other information (including temporary works drawings, supporting calculations, programme dates and hours of working and other matters as the Engineer may reasonably require) to the extent not already provided by the Developer to TfL or as annexed to this Agreement.

  • The Contractor produces all design information necessary or expedient for carrying out, obtaining acceptance and completing the design of the works, including but not limited to any surveys, drawings, reports, specifications or details necessary to explain or amplify the Works Information.

  • In addition to any other reasons set out in the contract a further reason for the Project Manager not accepting a revised programme, is that: • the revised programme does not comply with the Employer’s funding constraints as set out in the Works Information and Contractor’s cash flow profile, or • the revised programme requires the Employer’s to obtain a NDA approval against the Employer works programme and the Employer has not yet obtained NDA approval.
