Works execution contract definition

Works execution contract means an agreement, for consideration, having as its object the performance of works relating to construction, repair, maintenance or building or any other professional activity of architecture or engineering, installation, decoration, finishing or others of a similar nature, which may include the supply of material resources required by the characteristics of the work
