Workplace Setting definition

Workplace Setting. The workplace setting means any location or conveyance used in connection with NFL activities, including the club facility, training camp, stadium, locker room, location at which a club-sponsored event takes place, and while traveling on team or NFL-related business.

Examples of Workplace Setting in a sentence

  • Workplace Setting shall not be required to accept students who enroll in Department programs subsequent to the date of the notice of termination, and those students already assigned to the Workplace Setting shall have the opportunity to fully complete the course of study which is in progress.

  • The Department shall provide the Workplace Setting with the names of students and schedule of assignments under this program.

  • Workplace Setting and Alamo Colleges understand and agree that each performs tasks, the details of which the other does not have legal right to control and no such control is assumed by this Agreement.

  • The Workplace Setting shall provide the student names and work schedules to the designated SPC instructor prior to the expected beginning of the student's assignment.

  • Unless otherwise expressly specified elsewhere herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or giving rise to any rights in any third parties, including, but not limited to Workplace Setting instructors or Participants, or any persons other than the Parties hereto.

  • Conferences with the Workplace Setting administrator who is the supervisor of the student will be held upon request to discuss general questions and/or problems.

  • Workplace Setting and Alamo Colleges further agree that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a borrowed servant status with the employees of the other party.

  • Student(s) will work THIRTY (30) hours per week at the Workplace Setting.

  • The student may be given an assignment to visit another Workplace Setting, and release time to accomplish this is recommended.

  • This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between Workplace Setting, its employees, and Alamo Colleges.

Related to Workplace Setting

  • Workplace safety means those conditions related to physical health and safety of employees enforceable under federal or state law, or District rule related to: safety of the physical work environment, the safe operation of workplace equipment and tools, provision of protective equipment, training and warning requirements, workplace violence and accident risk.

  • Workplace violence means any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted during the course of his or her employment, and includes but is not limited to all forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation and intrusive behaviours of a physical or emotional nature.

  • Workplace Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome”. Ref: Occupational Health and

  • Workplace means a place at which, on an average, twenty or more workers are employed.

  • Large Workplace means a place at which on an average, 500 or more workers are employed.
