Workover Costs definition
Workover Costs means amounts owed to third Persons that are not an Affiliate of the Borrower incurred by the Borrower (or incurred by Fossil Operating and passed on to the Borrower) for operations to restore or increase production on a previously completed well and amounts owed to Fossil Operating for overhead charged to the Borrower at a fixed rate basis pursuant to the applicable COPAS.
