Workmanship Defect definition

Workmanship Defect means a Defect with any part of the installed system or equipment that was caused by eleXsys Energy ’s installation partner when performing the installation.
Workmanship Defect has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(b). "Workmanship Warranty" means the warranty obligations of ACRO set forth in Section 11.1(b). "Workmanship Warranty Period" has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(b). 1.2

Examples of Workmanship Defect in a sentence

  • The Workmanship Warranty Period shall be extended with respect to any Workmanship Defect for which ACRO performs Warranty Services to the date that is the later of: (A) is two (2) years after the Final Acceptance Date of the Automated System; or (B) twelve (12) months after ACRO completes such Warranty Service.

  • Any such Work that fails to satisfy the Warranty set forth in this Section 11.1(b) is referred to herein as a "Workmanship Defect".
